"I want to live a full life"
Probably all of us wish to live that way.
From the age of 20, I wanted to found a company, and to lead
a life of ambition.
I decided that when I turned 30 I would work for myself.
Although I started out by joining a large company, I felt that
there was little that one person could do among so many others,

so I switched to working at a smaller company where I could acquire a broader range of experience.
Happily, the experience I gained helped me to found a company when I was 31.
My desire at the time was to live a full life;that ambition has not changed.
I would like people who can talk honestly about the future, people who have ambition and will work
unstintingly to bring it to fruition, people who want to live that kind of life, to join this company.
To the extent possible,
I would like to increase the number of people in this company who are able to act with the same values as I,
and I intend to support them in their attempts to live a full life.

Born in February,1951, in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture
Graduated from Shizuoka Prefectural Hamamatsu Technical High School
Joined Nippon Gakki (now Yamaha Corporation).
Left Yamaha several years later and joined a company selling electronic parts, where he worked for
approximately 10 years gaining sales experience.
Established Art Electronics Co., Ltd. in 1982 at the age of 31, taking the position of president and fulfilling an
ambition he had had from a young age.
Appointed chairman 30 years after the establishment of the company.
In the period immediately following its founding, the company focused on design and sales of printed circuit
boards. However, with the establishment of the prototype mounting production division 10 years ago,
Art Electronics constructed a system supporting everything from electronic equipment development design
to prototype production.
The company works to cultivate young people from the local region, such as part-time lecturers at regional
universities and business start-up support panelists sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Born in September, 1965, in Shizuoka Prefecture
Graduated from Shizuoka Prefectural Hamamatsu Commercial High School
Studied sales in a range of industries, including food, logistics, and textiles.
Joined Art Electronics Co., Ltd. in January 1990.
Working from the philosophy that there are no limits in the world of sales, he was responsible for increasing
the number of clients by 60 percent with six months of joining the company.
Achieved a tie-up between circuit board makers, CAD makers, and trading companies.
Using an area-based strategy, broadened sales channels from western Shizuoka Prefecture to the Tokai area,
paving the way for a move into the Kanto.
Promoted to the position of company director at the age of 35, becoming vice president of operations, and
shifting to specialize in total services.
Appoint president and director on December 1, 2012.
Lectures at many industry seminars aimed at supporting development and inspiring others in the same industry.
Believes that an active industry benefits the customers of Art Electronics.
